Where is "Hi-Tech C PRO PIC32 Compiler" forum?

I have a lot of problems with PIC32 Compiler, and I don't search a PIC32 forum.

Only one example:
- In a Explorer 16 with pic32MX460F512L, PortA don't work !! "Only this !!"
